Having set up shop in a former army careers office in Petersfield House, the restaurant offers a huge dining area, four times the size of the original venue. It also touts a full-size bar and an open kitchen showcasing the custom-built centrepiece oven which cooks up delicious doughy bites in sixty seconds flat. The pizzas themselves come with an exciting range of toppings, from simple Salame to the hearty Affumicata - a combination of chilli flakes, smoked mozzarella, kalamata olives, friarielli and extra virgin olive oil.
While Rudy's walk-in only regulation can be both a blessing and a curse, it's always worth the wait, and with the added space, it's easier than ever to grab one of their renowned chows.
